the project are located at the Taman Desa Skudai Johore. From the brief and client issue, they need a commercial or retail building which is creating the image of the company. the school will provide any medium span structure as a strong image for student in their design. However, the final design must show the combination of the idea supported by the computer perspective and images. from the entrance and location of the building, it's shown the use of new technology and building material for the future. another special design and building character are the corporate image itself. by using corporate colour which is yellow, red, green and blue the design was enhanced. on the other side, the construction method are clean and simple. it's using pre-cast concrete and steel construction.

hi-tech architecture in design. Technocratic images. technological advance remains one of the most important legacies of the Industrial Revolution and the technocratic images remains the most potent image for the expression of commercial power. The subtle formal and technical differences between the international style business blocks were unrecognized by the architecturally illiterate public and they communicated nothing individual in terms of their owners nor their position.

Variety now replaces similarity as the uniform for the commercial image, adding interest to the cityscape or suburban and overtly making distinctions between the companies. It is odd, in retrospect, that in office design public corporations were prepared not only to commision an image that was uniform with their rivals, but also with entirely different types of buildings. This new uniqueness is no way detracts from the technocracy of the image. It is still as corporate and industrial now as ever-but the key issue today is one of standing out from the crowd rather than merging with it.
